Last week I attended my first Britmums Live conference with my sister The Gluten Free Greek. As a finalist in the Reader’s Choice category of the Brilliance in Blogging awards (yep I’m still milking it!), I was invited to the Boat Party Cruise in the evening as well as attending the conference sessions during the day. This day-through-to-evening agenda caused a hugely shallow problem for many of the bloggers going: WHAT TO WEAR.
There was no set dress code for the evening, but when you spend most of your days covered in food thrown at you by your children (!), you’ll take any excuse to glam up!
I decided the best idea was to wear something that would be suitable for day or night and transformed with the help of a bit of bling and a change of jacket. Enter THE JUMPSUIT. Affordable, comfortable, smart and so adaptable. I bought mine from ASOS for the very reasonable price of £30 and accessorised it with items already in my wardrobe.
So if you have an event coming up and nothing in your closet, why not ditch the dress and jump the suit! (See what I did there). Outfit details below.
