Eleni Anagnostopoulou’s first attempt in the kitchen was a disaster.
She started cooking as a student and tried to write down some of her mother’s fantastic recipes but quantities like “to taste”, “a pinch” etc, didn’t make any sense to her.
She decided to just go ahead and improvise, and the cooking goddess inside emerged.
Eleni started her popular foodblog My Easy Gourmet in 2012 where she shares new recipes and ideas with a healthy twist.

- 650gr. watermelon
- 150gr. feta cheese
- 1 small red onion
- a handful of mint leaves
- a handful of parsley
- 4tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp lime juice
- black sesame seeds
- Remove the seeds from the watermelon.
- Cut the watermelon and feta in cubes.
- Chop the mint leaves, parsley and onion.
- Assemble the salad.
- Season with olive oil and lime juice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
